# BarSpeed vs STRYV Coach

The clearest difference is update cadence: BarSpeed at every 3 days against STRYV Coach's weekly. STRYV Coach's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BarSpeed sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and STRYV Coach sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $29.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
