# Modo vs Earned

The clearest difference is update cadence: Earned at every 2 days against Modo's every 3 weeks. Earned also leads on iOS requirement (16.1 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Modo sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and Earned sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Modo ships an update every 3 weeks, Earned every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
