# TypewriterDiary vs Vanishing Notes

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: TypewriterDiary at none against Vanishing Notes's 1. TypewriterDiary also leads on iOS requirement (18.5 vs 26.2). Vanishing Notes's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Vanishing Notes sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. TypewriterDiary asks for nothing beyond the download.
