# VirtuaDeck vs Magic Now

The clearest difference is update cadence: Magic Now at every 3 days against VirtuaDeck's every 2 weeks. Magic Now also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VirtuaDeck sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Magic Now sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VirtuaDeck ships an update every 2 weeks, Magic Now every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
