# Trustix vs SecureNet VPN

The clearest difference is update cadence: Trustix at every 3 weeks against SecureNet VPN's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Trustix sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and SecureNet VPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Trustix ships an update every 3 weeks, SecureNet VPN every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
