# Timely vs Peek

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Peek at 18.0 against Timely's 26.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Timely sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Peek sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Timely ships an update every 11 days, Peek weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
