# Dig & Roll vs Vault Heist

The clearest difference is rating: Dig & Roll at 4.6 against Vault Heist's 3.4. Dig & Roll also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (387 vs 5). Vault Heist's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and review sentiment (67% vs 53%). On price, update cadence, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dig & Roll sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Vault Heist asks for nothing beyond the download.

Dig & Roll holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dig & Roll has 387 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 53% of Dig & Roll's written reviews are positive against 67% of Vault Heist's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Dig & Roll ships an update every 9 days, Vault Heist every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
