# Fever.Dream vs Boltz

The clearest difference is rating: Boltz at 5.0 against Fever.Dream's 3.7. Fever.Dream's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fever.Dream sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and Boltz sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Boltz holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 1 respectively.

Fever.Dream ships an update every 5 days, Boltz every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
