# Fever.Dream vs SquishCam

The clearest difference is ads: Fever.Dream at none against SquishCam's shown. SquishCam's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 5 days) and device support (3 vs 1). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fever.Dream sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and SquishCam sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fever.Dream ships an update every 5 days, SquishCam daily. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
