# Commit vs LockIn

The clearest difference is update cadence: LockIn at every 6 days against Commit's fortnightly. LockIn also leads on iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26.0). Commit's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Commit sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and LockIn sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Commit ships an update fortnightly, LockIn every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
