# ThinkDrop vs Habits First

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Habits First at 170 against ThinkDrop's 1. ThinkDrop's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ThinkDrop sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month and Habits First sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for ThinkDrop against 4.9 for Habits First. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Habits First has 170 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of ThinkDrop's written reviews are positive against 94% of Habits First's.

ThinkDrop ships an update every 2 days, Habits First weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
