The clearest difference is update cadence: Private AI Note Taker at every 6 days against Draftly AI's every 4 weeks. Private AI Note Taker also leads on ratings volume (5 vs 1). Draftly AI's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Private AI Note Taker sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and Draftly AI sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
