# Levin vs Chip

The clearest difference is ads: Chip at none against Levin's shown. Levin's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Levin sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month and Chip sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
