# Minefield vs Sweeper 3d

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sweeper 3d at every 4 days against Minefield's every 9 days. Sweeper 3d also leads on iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Minefield sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Sweeper 3d sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Minefield ships an update every 9 days, Sweeper 3d every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
