# GhostGym vs TreadCred

The clearest difference is update cadence: GhostGym at every 4 weeks against TreadCred's every 4 months. GhostGym also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GhostGym sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and TreadCred sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GhostGym ships an update every 4 weeks, TreadCred every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
