# AI Stories vs Hazy

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: AI Stories at none against Hazy's 10. Hazy's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (30 vs 5). On price, rating, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hazy sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. AI Stories asks for nothing beyond the download.

AI Stories holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hazy has 30 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

AI Stories ships an update every 4 months, Hazy every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
