# Eclipse vs Nudge NYC

The clearest difference is rating: Nudge NYC at 5.0 against Eclipse's 4.3. Eclipse's advantage is ratings volume (27 vs 2) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Nudge NYC holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Eclipse has 27 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Eclipse ships an update weekly, Nudge NYC fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
