# PingMind vs Postmarks

The clearest difference is update cadence: PingMind at every 2 days against Postmarks's weekly. Postmarks's advantage is ratings volume (8 vs 1) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.5). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PingMind sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Postmarks sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for PingMind against 5.0 for Postmarks. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Postmarks has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

PingMind ships an update every 2 days, Postmarks weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
