# Packz vs Shippy

The clearest difference is ads: Shippy at none against Packz's shown. Shippy also leads on device support (3 vs 1). Packz's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Packz sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Shippy sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $24.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Packz ships an update every 9 days, Shippy every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on September 18, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
