# IPTV Core vs Tvizo IPTV Player Xtream

The clearest difference is rating: IPTV Core at 4.6 against Tvizo IPTV Player Xtream's 2.3. IPTV Core also leads on monetization model (free vs freemium) and ratings volume (31 vs 3). Tvizo IPTV Player Xtream's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 83%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IPTV Core sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Tvizo IPTV Player Xtream sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

IPTV Core holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IPTV Core has 31 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of IPTV Core's written reviews are positive against 100% of Tvizo IPTV Player Xtream's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

IPTV Core ships an update every 6 weeks, Tvizo IPTV Player Xtream every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 22, 2026.
