# Bluedot AI Note Taker vs PlatePad

The clearest difference is monetization model: Bluedot AI Note Taker at free against PlatePad's freemium. Bluedot AI Note Taker also leads on ratings volume (273 vs 3). PlatePad's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and review sentiment (100% vs 90%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bluedot AI Note Taker sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $17.99 per month and PlatePad sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
