# SermonFlow vs Igneous

The clearest difference is update cadence: Igneous at every 2 days against SermonFlow's every 4 months. SermonFlow's advantage is iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SermonFlow sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $19.99 per month and Igneous sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SermonFlow ships an update every 4 months, Igneous every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
