# Prism Notes vs WishNote

The clearest difference is update cadence: Prism Notes at every 4 days against WishNote's every 2 weeks. Prism Notes also leads on iOS requirement (18.6 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Prism Notes sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and WishNote sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Prism Notes ships an update every 4 days, WishNote every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
