# StudyKit School Planner vs Find Device

The clearest difference is ads: StudyKit School Planner at none against Find Device's shown. StudyKit School Planner also leads on ratings volume (9 vs 1). Find Device's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. StudyKit School Planner sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Find Device sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for StudyKit School Planner against 5.0 for Find Device. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: StudyKit School Planner has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

StudyKit School Planner ships an update weekly, Find Device fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on September 23, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
