# Ghost Detector EMF Necrometer vs AuraCam

The clearest difference is review sentiment: AuraCam at 100% against Ghost Detector EMF Necrometer's 54%. AuraCam also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4). Ghost Detector EMF Necrometer's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (440 vs 3). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ghost Detector EMF Necrometer sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. AuraCam asks for nothing beyond the download.

Ghost Detector EMF Necrometer holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ghost Detector EMF Necrometer has 440 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 54% of Ghost Detector EMF Necrometer's written reviews are positive against 100% of AuraCam's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ghost Detector EMF Necrometer ships an update every 10 days, AuraCam every 7 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
