# HabitHelp vs X Effect

The clearest difference is update cadence: HabitHelp at every 3 days against X Effect's every 4 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HabitHelp sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and X Effect sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
