# Sprout vs I Don't Plan Planner

The clearest difference is update cadence: I Don't Plan Planner at daily against Sprout's every 11 days. Sprout's advantage is rating (4.3 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (26 vs 1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sprout sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and I Don't Plan Planner sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sprout holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sprout has 26 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Sprout ships an update every 11 days, I Don't Plan Planner daily. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
