# Wondering vs Lyra

The clearest difference is rating: Lyra at 4.9 against Wondering's 4.7. Wondering's advantage is ratings volume (91 vs 10). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wondering sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and Lyra sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lyra holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wondering has 91 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
