The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Army Chapter 2 at none against Lumi Master's 27. Army Chapter 2 also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15). Lumi Master's advantage is ratings volume (3.1K vs 1) and chart position (#25 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lumi Master sells 27 one-off in-app purchases. Army Chapter 2 asks for nothing beyond the download.
