# Live Location Tracker vs DuoView

The clearest difference is rating: Live Location Tracker at 4.9 against DuoView's 4.2. DuoView's advantage is review sentiment (25% vs 0%) and ratings volume (65 vs 12). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Live Location Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per 7 days and DuoView sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Live Location Tracker holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DuoView has 65 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Live Location Tracker's written reviews are positive against 25% of DuoView's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Live Location Tracker ships an update every 11 days, DuoView fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
