# Wilpower vs Conseq

The clearest difference is update cadence: Conseq at every 5 days against Wilpower's every 5 weeks. Wilpower's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wilpower sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and Conseq sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
