# Edgeryt vs Snaptek

The clearest difference is update cadence: Snaptek at every 3 days against Edgeryt's monthly. Edgeryt's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Edgeryt sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Snaptek sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 3 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Edgeryt ships an update monthly, Snaptek every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
