# Fasting Tracker vs Pillert

The clearest difference is ads: Pillert at none against Fasting Tracker's shown. Fasting Tracker's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fasting Tracker sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Pillert sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
