# Stepping vs Steppps

The clearest difference is update cadence: Stepping at every 3 days against Steppps's fortnightly. Steppps's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stepping sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Steppps sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Stepping ships an update every 3 days, Steppps fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
