# Steply vs PostureLab

The clearest difference is update cadence: Steply at weekly against PostureLab's every 6 weeks. Steply also leads on device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Steply sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and PostureLab sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Steply ships an update weekly, PostureLab every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
