# OpenLaunchBox vs Progress Note

The clearest difference is ads: OpenLaunchBox at none against Progress Note's shown. OpenLaunchBox also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). Progress Note's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 4 days). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OpenLaunchBox sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Progress Note sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
