# Doodle Daily vs Skadoodle

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Skadoodle at none against Doodle Daily's 1. Skadoodle also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 10 days). Doodle Daily's advantage is ratings volume (19 vs 1) and iOS requirement (17.1 vs 26.5). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Doodle Daily sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Skadoodle asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Doodle Daily against 5.0 for Skadoodle. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Doodle Daily has 19 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
