# Steppa vs Steppers

Steppa and Steppers both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 90% of Steppers's written reviews are positive against 51% of Steppa's. Steppa's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (1.9K vs 31). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Steppa sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Steppers sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Steppers holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Steppa has 1.9K ratings behind it against 31, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 51% of Steppa's written reviews are positive against 90% of Steppers's.

Steppa ships an update every 6 days, Steppers every 5 days. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
