# Remy Network vs MEGACY

The clearest difference is monetization model: Remy Network at ad-supported against MEGACY's subscription. Remy Network also leads on ratings volume (3.1K vs 3) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). MEGACY's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Remy Network sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and MEGACY sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Remy Network against 5.0 for MEGACY. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Remy Network has 3.1K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 98% of Remy Network's written reviews are positive against 100% of MEGACY's.

Remy Network ships an update fortnightly, MEGACY every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
