# Tazu vs SniffTalk

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tazu at fortnightly against SniffTalk's monthly. Tazu also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tazu sells 11 one-off in-app purchases and SniffTalk sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tazu ships an update fortnightly, SniffTalk monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
