# Weekly vs WeekMap

The clearest difference is ads: WeekMap at none against Weekly's shown. WeekMap also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 4 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Weekly sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and WeekMap sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Weekly ships an update every 4 months, WeekMap every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
