# Tough Coach vs CTRL

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tough Coach at weekly against CTRL's every 3 weeks. Tough Coach also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
