# FomoShort vs UShorts

The clearest difference is rating: UShorts at 5.0 against FomoShort's 2.8. FomoShort's advantage is ratings volume (6 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FomoShort sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and UShorts sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

UShorts holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FomoShort has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

FomoShort ships an update every 10 days, UShorts weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
