# SparkFast vs StayFasted

The clearest difference is update cadence: SparkFast at every 6 days against StayFasted's every 3 weeks. SparkFast also leads on device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SparkFast sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and StayFasted sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SparkFast ships an update every 6 days, StayFasted every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 28, 2026.
