# AccuTread vs TreadCred

The clearest difference is update cadence: AccuTread at every 6 weeks against TreadCred's every 4 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AccuTread sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per year and TreadCred sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AccuTread ships an update every 6 weeks, TreadCred every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
