# SubZero Gym vs STRIVN

The clearest difference is update cadence: SubZero Gym at every 3 days against STRIVN's weekly. STRIVN's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SubZero Gym sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and STRIVN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SubZero Gym ships an update every 3 days, STRIVN weekly. Both last shipped on October 28, 2026.
