# SubZero Gym vs Beast

The clearest difference is update cadence: SubZero Gym at every 3 days against Beast's every 3 weeks. Beast's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SubZero Gym sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Beast sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SubZero Gym ships an update every 3 days, Beast every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
