# Steps vs Waitopia

The clearest difference is update cadence: Steps at daily against Waitopia's every 6 weeks. Waitopia's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Steps ships an update daily, Waitopia every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
