# Raiders Map vs ArcMate

The clearest difference is rating: ArcMate at 5.0 against Raiders Map's 3.4. Raiders Map's advantage is monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and ratings volume (230 vs 1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Raiders Map sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and ArcMate sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ArcMate holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Raiders Map has 230 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Raiders Map ships an update every 2 days, ArcMate every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
