# Tasknotes vs TimeGlass Notes

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tasknotes at every 3 days against TimeGlass Notes's every 10 days. Tasknotes also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tasknotes sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and TimeGlass Notes sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tasknotes ships an update every 3 days, TimeGlass Notes every 10 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
